Meetings

The department conducts one business/training meeting on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00pm at the main station. 

The department has three platoons who have 3 hours of training per month in addition to the department training night.

The officers meet prior to the first meeting of the month on an alternate night.  Administrative matters such as new personnel are discussed at this meeting.  Persons interested in becoming volunteer firefighters should have their applications turned in prior to this meeting. 

Monthly Board Meetings will be held on the first Monday of each month at 6:00pm at the main station, located at 141 S. Zulpo Street in Tontitown.

Quarterly Interlocal Agreement Committee meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of the last month of each quarter.  These meetings are held at 6:00pm at the fire station or city hall.
